Praveen is fascinated by how our beliefs become our reality. He is interested in understanding the neural and computational basis of belief formation and decision-making. In particular, how impairments in these mental processes manifest into clinical symptoms of psychosis such as paranoia, delusions and hallucinations. When he's not doing research, Praveen enjoys meditating, playing ping pong, and playing chess.
