I am a postdoc in the Belief Lab. I study how we perceive the world and make decisions under uncertainty. I am particularly interested in the computational and neural substrates of psychotic symptoms, i.e. false percepts (hallucinations) and fixed, idiosyncratic beliefs (delusions). I am also interested in drug-induced psychosis (especially that induced by serotonergic agonists) and bistable perception (fast switching between mutually exclusive perceptual interpretations). I use multimodal approaches including behavioral testing, computational modeling and neuroimaging (fMRI, MRS).
