Luis is an undergraduate student at Yale College (Class of 2028) majoring in Cognitive Science with a strong interest in neuroscience and decision-making. His academic interests center on how beliefs are formed and updated, particularly in high-stakes or uncertain environments, and how computational approaches can be used to study cognition and mental health. Outside of academics, Luis is an EMT-B and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He enjoys endurance training, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and exploring the intersection of technology, psychology, and human performance.
